Mental Health Awareness at Milton Road

Join ECSA for a Mental Health Awareness Week activity on 14th May at Edinburgh College. Vice President Welfare, Sukinder Landa, and the ECSA team will host a Positivitree stall where students and staff can share one positive action they'll take for their mental health. Ioanna from the Wellbeing Team will also be there with an additional engagement activity. Take a moment to reflect, connect, and support mental wellbeing together.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, Edinburgh College invites you to take part in a meaningful and uplifting activity. Sukinder Landa, Vice President Welfare, and the ECSA team will be hosting a stall featuring the Positivitree — a creative, interactive way to reflect on and support your mental wellbeing. Students and staff are encouraged to write down one thing they’ll do for their mental health this week and hang it on the tree, helping it grow with positive intentions throughout the day. We’re also delighted to welcome Ioanna from the Wellbeing Team, who will be bringing her own engagement activity to further support the event. Come along, take a moment for yourself, and be part of a community conversation around mental health.
